NexumTrade provides cryptocurrency trading intelligence tools including token analysis, wallet tracking, and trade execution facilitation on the Solana blockchain. We are not a financial advisor, broker, or exchange.
All information provided by NexumTrade is for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
NexumTrade does not hold, store, or have access to your private keys or funds. All trades are executed directly from your own wallet. You retain full control and responsibility for your assets at all times.
NexumTrade charges a 1% fee on trades executed through the Platform. This fee is transparent and disclosed before execution. No hidden fees apply.
Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Smart money tracking and whale alerts are informational tools only and do not guarantee profitable trades. You may lose all invested capital.
You may not use the Platform for any illegal activity, market manipulation, or in violation of applicable laws in your jurisdiction. The Platform is not available to residents of sanctioned countries.
NexumTrade is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
